When can I expect my order to be shipped?
We make sure to deliver orders quickly! Your order will be sent out from our factories within two business days after confirmation.
Have you changed your mind?
If you need to cancel or make adjustments to your order, contact us right away! We won't be able to make any changes after your order has been processed for delivery, so please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
What are the delivery options and how long will it take?
Standard delivery usually takes about 7-14 business days.
Please note that the shipping times do not include the two extra days it takes for us to prepare your order.
In some cases, there may be a delay of up to 10 business days due to the customer's location and any unexpected delays at the delivery company. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
How do I track my order?
To trace your order, customers will be provided with a secure tracking number when they make their purchase. This number is attached to their package and can be used to trace its location at any given moment. To access the shipment tracking page, click here. It is worth mentioning that, in some cases, items may be delivered in multiple packages due to logistical reasons. Despite the orders being dispatched within two business days of confirmation, the tracking number may take up to 72 hours or more to be updated, depending on the synchronization of the shipping company.
Refund policy
Our return policy is valid for a period of 30 days following the receipt of the shipment. Regrettably, after that period has elapsed, we will be unable to accept any returns, exchanges, or replacements. The item must be new and in its original packaging in order to be eligible for a refund.
International shipping
For international orders, you can buy from us with full confidence. We deliver our products all around the globe and work with the leading courier services to make sure that your order arrives promptly.
Refunds
Refunds to credit cards may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account, which may vary depending on the credit provider. Please bear in mind that shipping costs are non-refundable.
I didn't receive my package, what should I do?
In case you have not received the package within the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately.
The product did not arrive as promised / was damaged / didn't function?
If the product arrived damaged, torn, or did not function properly, take photos (or a video if necessary) and e-mail them to us. Every item we sell is meticulously chosen and checked for quality before shipping, but such incidents may occur during shipping and are not within our control. Please contact us for an answer and treatment of the issue.
